Information from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment indicates that the agency has just announced the standardization of administrative procedures in the field of land within the scope of the Ministry's state management functions, including procedures for resolving land disputes under the authority of the Minister of Agriculture and Environment.
Accordingly, those requesting land dispute resolution can submit their applications directly to the Office for Receiving and Returning Results of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (10 Ton That Thuyet Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi ) or the citizen reception office (79 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi).
In addition, citizens can also submit applications online through the National Land Information Portal, the National Public Service Portal, or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment at the address: http://dichvucong.mae.gov.vn.
After receiving the application, within 5 working days, the ministry will notify the relevant parties and local authorities in writing about the acceptance of the application. If the application is not accepted, the ministry will respond in writing, stating the reasons.
The dispute resolution process will include steps such as: Specialized units are responsible for collecting documents, organizing mediation, verifying facts (if necessary), and submitting them to the Minister for the issuance of a decision resolving the land dispute or recognizing the successful mediation. The resolution period shall not exceed 90 days, excluding weekends and public holidays as prescribed by law.
The dossier for requesting land dispute resolution includes the application form, the conciliation minutes at the commune-level People's Committee, the initial dispute resolution decision of the provincial-level People's Committee chairman, and other relevant documents.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, this is one of the concrete steps to strictly implement the 2024 Land Law, Government Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP, and other relevant legal documents.
