Information from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment said that this agency has just announced the standardization of administrative procedures in the land sector under the state management scope of the Ministry, including procedures for resolving land disputes under the authority of the Minister of Agriculture and Environment.
Accordingly, people who have a request to resolve land disputes can submit their application directly at the Reception and Results Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (No. 10 Ton That Thuyet, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi) or the citizen reception office (No. 79 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Dong Da, Hanoi).
In addition, people can also submit applications online through the National Land Information Portal, the National Public Service Portal or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment at: http://dichvucong.mae.gov.vn.
After receiving the application, within 5 working days, the Ministry will notify the relevant parties and local authorities in writing about the acceptance of the application. In case of non-acceptance, the Ministry will respond in writing, stating the reasons.
The dispute resolution process will include the following steps: Specialized units are responsible for collecting documents, organizing mediation, verifying the facts (if necessary) and submitting to the Minister for issuance of a decision to resolve land disputes or to recognize successful mediation. The resolution period shall not exceed 90 days, excluding holidays and days off as prescribed by law.
The dossier for requesting settlement of land disputes includes the request, the minutes of conciliation at the commune-level People's Committee, the initial dispute settlement decision of the provincial-level People's Committee Chairman and related documents.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, this is one of the specific steps to strictly implement the 2024 Land Law, Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP of the Government and related legal documents.
