According to Fichajes, sporting director Deco is planning to offload six first-team players from Barcelona in the summer transfer window. The names on the list include: Andreas Christensen, Eric Garcia, Ansu Fati, Ronald Araujo, Pablo Torre and Pau Victor.
The trio of Ansu Fati, Pablo Torre and Pau Victor are almost not in the plans of new coach Hansi Flick. Among them, Ansu Fati has hardly played this season but receives a very high salary, becoming a financial burden for Barcelona in the midst of many budget difficulties.
The remaining three players, Andreas Christensen, Eric Garcia and Ronald Araujo, are no longer in Hansi Flick's plans. However, they have been given the "green light" in a decision that is considered more beneficial for both parties to find a new destination.

Hansi Flick's first season in charge ended with a domestic treble. He has also ordered the signing of a new goalkeeper ahead of next season, believing that vital reinforcement will help the Catalan club become genuine contenders for the Champions League after two semi-final ties with Inter Milan.
In another development, President Joan Laporta confirmed that young talent Lamine Yamal has agreed to the terms of a new contract with the team. The official agreement will be signed when Yamal turns 18 on July 13.
According to Spanish press, from the 2025-2026 season, Lamine Yamal will wear the number 10 shirt, the legendary number that once belonged to Lionel Messi. In the 2024-2025 season, Yamal will use the number 19 shirt as he did in the youth team, to show respect to his close friend Ansu Fati.
In addition, Pedri, Gavi and Pau Cubarsi have all committed to the team until 2030, thereby partly ensuring a young talent framework for the future.
However, in Deco's plan, there are still priorities for contract extension negotiations, including Raphinha, Frenkie de Jong and goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
