Liverpool win Premier League 2024/25.

Of these, five teams qualified through their Premier League placements, and one team qualified through winning the European Cup.

Under the leadership of new coach Arne Slot, Liverpool convincingly won the 2024/25 Premier League, marking their return to the Champions League after a year of absence. The Reds have won 20 Premier League titles, equaling MU's record.

Arsenal have been in hot pursuit of the title, finishing runners-up in the Premier League for the third season in a row. While the result may not have pleased many fans, there is no denying the Gunners’ consistency in recent years.

Man City, although not as destructive as previous seasons, Pep Guardiola's team still managed to win 3rd place after a final round victory against Fulham.

Chelsea, with a new breeze named Enzo Maresca, made a spectacular breakthrough in the final stage of the season, surpassing Nottingham Forest to win 4th place and a ticket back to the Champions League.

Newcastle United lost in the final round, but still kept 5th place thanks to a superior goal difference compared to Aston Villa, enough to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Tottenham Hotspur are not in the top five of the Premier League, but Ange Postecoglou's side are still in next season's Champions League thanks to winning the Europa League - their first major trophy in many years.

In the Europa League, Crystal Palace caused a shock when they won the FA Cup to qualify for the European Cup, marking a historic milestone in the club's development journey.

Aston Villa had an impressive Champions League campaign, but Unai Emery's side were unable to replicate their domestic form, finishing sixth in the Premier League and dropping into next season's Europa League.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest, with a “controversial but surprising” season, ended with a ticket to the Conference League. Although they could not enter the Champions League as expected, this was a very remarkable return to the continental arena.

With all three European club competitions having English representation, English football has once again demonstrated its depth and superior competitiveness on the continent. The 2025/26 season promises to be an exciting new chapter for English teams on the international stage.
