On the afternoon of November 27, Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 7, Department 6, Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security dispatched a rescue vehicle to move the vehicles involved in the accident on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway away from the scene of the multi-vehicle accident; traffic on the expressway from Ho Chi Minh City to Tay Ninh has returned to normal.

At about 12:40 p.m. the same day, a traffic flow on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway, when reaching Km22+100, in Binh Duc commune, Tay Ninh province, collided with 6 vehicles including 1 tractor-trailer, 3 cars, 1 16-seat vehicle and 1 truck.



The incident caused 4 cars to be severely damaged, 2 cars to be slightly damaged. The accident did not cause any casualties but many people panicked. After the collision, traffic on the highway from Ho Chi Minh City to the West was congested.
Road Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 7 sent working groups to coordinate with the traffic police to investigate the scene to clarify the cause. The working groups divided the lanes to guide the traffic away from the accident area. Rescue vehicles were dispatched to the scene to move the vehicles off the highway.
