Resolution on policy to attract high-quality human resources will be passed.

This is one of the important contents that the 17th session (special session) of the 11th Provincial People's Council will discuss and approve. This content was also informed by Mr. Huynh Van Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council at the press conference this afternoon (October 6).

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 17th session on October 10, 2023 at Hall B - Provincial Conference Center. The content of this session will be discussed, commented on and approved by delegates on: Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 63/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2018 of the Provincial People's Council on decentralization of decision-making authority in the management and use of public assets at agencies, organizations and units under the management of the province.

In addition, this session also approved the investment policy for the project of new construction, repair and renovation of some items of Duc Tan High School, Ham Tan District; the project of new construction, repair and renovation of some items of Phan Boi Chau High School. Approved the investment policy for the project of building the barracks of the Standing Militia Squadron. Approved the investment policy for the project of the Office of the Binh Thuan Provincial Women's Union. Approved the adjustment of the investment policy for the project of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the renovation of some items of the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters. In addition, the Provincial People's Council will discuss and pass a resolution on naming streets in Phan Thiet City and Duc Linh District.

In particular, the Provincial People's Council will pass a resolution on promulgating regulations related to policies to support training, attract and treat medical human resources in the province; Policies to support domestic training and fostering and attract high-quality domestic human resources to work in the province; Policies to support training and fostering abroad and attract high-quality human resources from abroad to work in the province.

After hearing information related to the meeting, representatives of press agencies were very interested in the contents of the draft resolutions, especially the 3 policies to attract human resources, and were provided with additional information by the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.
