At an event in Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 5, Gisele Bündchen got emotional when talking about her early days as a model.
The 42-year-old Brazilian supermodel spoke on stage at the event and shed tears as she spoke about her homeland and career.

"Gisele cried on stage when talking about her early career. She was emotional when thinking about leaving her family and sisters when she was only 14 years old. Gisele left to start a new life, a new career. She left everything that was dear to her," a source close to Gisele Bündchen told People .
"It's a long road when you go from 14-15 to 40," the source continued.
According to local media in Sao Paulo, Gisele Bündchen became emotional as she spoke about her desire to leave a better world for her children and what she has done to make her parents proud. "You can do anything if you believe in yourself and your dreams," she told the audience in Portuguese.

In May, after Gisele Bündchen's dazzling appearance on the Met Gala red carpet, a source told People that she was in really good spirits.
