The rapid development of AI technology is creating a wave of recruitment in this field in Vietnam. According to a report by ManpowerGroup , positions related to AI, digital transformation and automation are being prioritized by businesses. 46.25% of businesses consider recruiting AI experts urgent, while 91% of leaders are considering expanding their AI staff – higher than the global average.
However, skills shortages remain a major challenge, with 36% of businesses in the Asia- Pacific region reporting that workers are not adequately equipped to use AI, hindering the technology’s implementation.
AI is no longer the exclusive domain of the tech world. From banking, manufacturing, e-commerce to marketing, industries are actively applying AI to optimize operations. This opens up diverse career opportunities, but also requires a well-trained and constantly updated workforce.
