Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Kien Giang province visited and gave gifts on the occasion of Easter

The delegation of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Kien Giang province presented gifts to Trung Thanh Parish, Thanh Dong A commune, Tan Hiep district (Kien Giang).

At the places visited, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Kien Giang province Danh Tha kindly inquired about the health and wished the pastors, priests, parishioners and believers a peaceful and happy Easter; he acknowledged the contributions of Catholic and Protestant compatriots to the general development of the province, especially their participation in social security work.

Comrade Danh Tha hopes that the pastors and priests will continue to guide parishioners and believers to well implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; together with Party committees and local authorities, take care of people's lives; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the district's socio-economic development tasks in 2025.

The pastors and priests thanked the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Kien Giang province for their attention and visit, congratulating them on the occasion of Easter 2025; at the same time, they said they will continue to encourage followers to comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws, unite with religions and people of all walks of life to build Tan Hiep district to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
