Department of Education and Training organizes training on operating the HPNET-eOffice electronic office system

August 22, 2025 - The Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City organized a training session on the operation of the HPNET-eOffice electronic office system. The purpose of the training session is to unify and synchronize the application of the HPNET-eOffice system in the management, operation, processing of electronic documents, creation of work records and digital signature of electronic documents throughout the industry. This activity also aims to improve the skills and expertise of leaders, officers, civil servants and public employees of the Department and its affiliated educational institutions.

The training conference was organized in a combined form of in-person at the Department of Education and Training's conference hall and online via the K12Online system. Participants at the central bridge included leaders and civil servants of the Department of Education and Training; at the online bridges, included all management staff; heads and deputy heads of professional groups; clerical staff; people assigned to use the HPNET-eOffice System of high schools, multi-level general schools (including high schools), continuing education centers, vocational education - continuing education centers, and vocational education centers.

Training content includes: general introduction to the HPNET-eOffice electronic office system; instructions on the process of receiving, processing, and issuing electronic documents; creating, managing, and completing electronic work records; and digitally signing electronic documents.

Organizing a training session on the HPNET-eOffice electronic office system is an important content in the Digital Transformation Plan of the Education and Training sector of Hai Phong city. This activity not only helps cadres, civil servants and public employees grasp the process and operations and be able to apply them immediately to practical work, but also contributes to modernizing management and operation work in the whole sector. The synchronization in technology application will contribute to improving work efficiency, saving time and costs, while ensuring the legality and safety of digital documents and archives in accordance with the provisions of law.
