DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS ORGANIZES TRAINING ON EMULATION AND REWARD WORK IN 2025

Implementing Plan No. 3624/KH-UBND dated December 26, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees in 2025, from June 9, 2025 to June 11, 2026, the Department of Home Affairs organized training on emulation and reward work in 2025 for 104 officials who are school leaders and teachers in charge of emulation and reward work of schools participating in the province's emulation bloc. Speaking at the opening of the training conference, Mr. Ly Duc Bang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, emphasized that in recent years, the emulation work of the province has been closely directed and paid attention to. This is the driving force and lever to encourage and motivate the collective, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole province to be determined and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In recent years, managers and teachers of schools in the province have had positive changes in their awareness of the important role of the work of TĐKT, actively responding to patriotic emulation movements, especially the emulation movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023 - 2030" in the province, the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" ... creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among staff, teachers and students, contributing to the completion of educational goals and tasks of the unit in particular and contributing to improving the quality of education in the province in general. At the same time, in the coming time, schools need to focus on researching and thoroughly grasping the Party's policies and the State's laws on emulation, rewards, and emulation assessments to ensure accuracy and objectivity; Actively launch specialized emulation movements to promote the implementation of the school's educational tasks; boldly discuss and propose difficulties, problems, and unclear issues to receive guidance and answers.

At the training conference, the delegates were approved by the Leaders of the Emulation and Commendation Board on 05 topics on emulation and commendation operations: General theory on emulation and commendation; The situation of implementation, organization and implementation of emulation movements and commendation work in Cao Bang province; Introduction to the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022 and documents guiding its implementation; Introduction to some specific regulations on emulation and commendation work; Introduction to the Emulation and Commendation Regulations of Cao Bang province issued together with Decision No. 12/2024/QD-UBND dated May 14, 2024 of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province and discussion , exchange, answer questions, and provide guidance on procedures, documents, and operations in the process of implementing emulation and commendation work.

Through the training conference on emulation and rewards, leaders and teachers in charge of emulation and rewards at schools have been able to consolidate their knowledge and skills in organizing and implementing emulation movements and in rewards, contributing to improving the quality of emulation and rewards to meet the requirements of the new situation./.
