On the afternoon of September 3, the delegation attending the 6th Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress led by Comrade Vu Dinh Quang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation Council, offered incense, flowers, and reported their achievements to Uncle Ho at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh, Pac Bo National Special Relic Site, Truong Ha Commune.

The speech to report achievements to Uncle Ho affirmed that in the period of 2020 - 2025, imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's thought "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation and those who emulate are the most patriotic" along with the whole country, the Party Committee, the government, all levels and sectors of Cao Bang province always attach importance to directing and implementing emulation work in the entire political system and all classes of people. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee regularly direct and synchronously deploy many solutions to promote emulation movements in all fields. The quality of emulation work in the province is increasingly improved; the organization and staff of emulation work are constantly being improved, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

Emulation movements to successfully carry out the annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year Plan 2021 - 2025 according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress have been focused on regular and timely implementation throughout the province. Along with that, the province has launched many thematic emulation movements; the movements that have been launched have really developed strongly and extensively. All sectors and levels have had exciting and practical emulation movements, closely following the key political tasks of the province, units, localities, and enterprises associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. The emulation content is rich, diverse, and organized in many lively forms. The emulation movements attract and engage the enthusiastic, active, and responsible participation of cadres, party members, and the masses, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, becoming an important driving force in the entire political system and society.

Through emulation movements, with creativity, solidarity, efforts and overcoming difficulties in the past 5 years, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province have achieved important achievements in the following areas: The province's economy has continuously developed, each year higher than the previous year; the economic structure continues to shift in a positive direction; infrastructure, especially key transport infrastructure, has new developments, notably the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project has initially taken shape, opening up a new, strategic development space for the province in the coming period; Culture - society has made much progress, the quality of education, health care and public services has been improved; poverty reduction and social security have achieved many positive results; the appearance of rural and urban areas has changed a lot, the material and spiritual life of the people has gradually improved. Political security, social order and safety are ensured; National defense and security have been strengthened, firmly protecting national sovereignty, territorial borders. Foreign affairs activities have become increasingly in-depth, effective and practical; Party building and political system building have seen many clear changes in thinking, leadership methods and organizational capacity.

Through emulation movements, thousands of examples of good people, good deeds, typical advanced collectives and individuals have emerged; 47,532 collectives, individuals and households have been commended at all levels. In recognition of the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Cao Bang province, the President awarded the Third Class Labor Medal for outstanding achievements in socio-economic development, ensuring security and defense in ethnic minority and border areas, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
