Department of Health gives Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to disadvantaged children

On the morning of October 3, a working delegation of the Provincial Department of Health led by Ms. Pham Thi Minh Hien, Deputy Director of the Department, visited and presented gifts to children in special circumstances being cared for at social assistance facilities in the eastern region of the province.

These facilities include Phu Yen Center for Nurturing Meritorious People and Social Work, Hai Son Pagoda Orphanage Center, and Mang Lang Orphanage.

Here, the working group of the Department of Health presented many gifts including cakes, candies, milk... to the children, with a total value of 13 million VND. At the same time, they encouraged the nursing facilities to overcome difficulties and continue to be a place for children to grow up in a safe and warm environment.

Representatives of social assistance facilities thanked the leaders and staff of the Provincial Department of Health for their material and spiritual care and affirmed that this was a great joy for the children on the occasion of this Mid-Autumn Festival.
