Online voting results are important
The "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces" Award is an annual activity organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund to honor outstanding young individuals in many fields.

This year, the selection board selected 19 outstanding nominees to select the 10 most outstanding faces.
The results of the online voting round are one of the important bases for the selection council to decide the final list. 19 excellent nominees are voted online at https://tainangtrevietnam.vn .
The nominees include artists such as singer Phuong My Chi, rapper Double2T, Soobin, and beauty queen Thanh Thuy. Athletes include soccer player Tien Linh and shooter Trinh Thu Vinh.
The ceremony to honor 10 outstanding young Vietnamese faces in 2024 is expected to take place in March 2025 in Hanoi , to honor outstanding individuals who inspire the young generation of Vietnam.
The fields selected this year include: study, scientific research - innovation, production labor, business - start-up, national defense, security and order, sports, social activities, culture - arts and state administrative management.
Nominate 19 outstanding young Vietnamese faces 2024
Technology and content creation is a new field.
In addition to traditional fields such as study, scientific research, production labor, startups, national defense - security, sports, culture and arts, etc., this year there are many faces from new fields, especially technology and content creation.

Mr. Phung Cong Suong, editor-in-chief of Tien Phong newspaper and director of the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund, said that the council selected three nominees in each of three fields: study, scientific research, and culture and arts.
The fields of sports and social activities each have 2 nominations. The fields of labor and production, business and startups each have 1 nomination. The field of state administrative management has no nominations.
"Many young faces are truly positive inspirational examples, creating good values and positive trends among young people in particular and society in general," said Mr. Suong.
