After nearly 3 months of training with the spirit of "Overcoming the sun and rain, practicing enthusiastically", 100% of new soldiers of units in Division 10 have completed the military, political , logistics and technical training plan according to the set plan.

Colonel Ho Sy Chien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Division 10, inspected new soldiers of Regiment 28 to install explosive devices.

The content of the "3 explosions" practice for new soldiers includes: STV 380 submachine gun shooting lesson 1; wrapping techniques, explosives and throwing grenades to hit targets lesson 1. Before the test, new soldiers wereeducated by cadres at all levels, thoroughly indoctrinated, did good ideological work, built up high spirit and determination, and at the same time organized additional training, fully prepared materials and training grounds for the test.

The results of the test on shooting STV 380 submachine gun, lesson 1, the unit achieved good; throwing grenades at long range and hitting the target, and wrapping and setting explosives, the unit achieved excellent. The units ensured absolute safety for people and weapons.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Thang, Commander of Regiment 28 (Division 10) said: To achieve high training results, the Regiment has divided into small groups, practiced a lot, rotated practice sessions, and studied theory; on the training ground, cadres from platoon to battalion level regularly grasp, check, evaluate, analyze, and point out strengths, weaknesses, causes, lessons learned, and specific solutions and corrections for each soldier and each squad, ensuring that the "3 explosions" test achieves the highest results.

For nearly 3 months, the platoon and squad officers have always monitored, helped, and corrected me during training and shooting practice sessions. The flower of good shooting is a special gift I want to give to my loved ones. From this result, I will continue to try harder to achieve more achievements in my work."
