Implementing the Party Committee's direction, the unit's commanders have seriously organized and disseminated, developed a training plan and conducted strict and specific inspections. The preparation process was carried out carefully from education to raise awareness, build determination for cadres to technical training, physical and mental training. The unit also focused on ensuring adequate facilities, training grounds, training grounds, weapons and equipment to serve the shooting session to achieve high efficiency and absolute safety.

Organizing live-fire tests is not only an opportunity to evaluate the actual training results but also contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of the unit's combat readiness.

In addition to the achieved results, the unit commander also frankly pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations in the shooting practice process and requested relevant departments to continue to learn from experience and thoroughly overcome them in order to continuously improve the quality of training, ensuring closeness to reality, closeness to the target and requirements of the mission in the coming time.

At the end of the test, 100% of the participating officers completed the shooting test, many of whom achieved good or fair scores; absolute safety of personnel and weapons and equipment was ensured.
