Coastal Border Guard units have closely coordinated with local authorities to guide and call on ships to take shelter in safe places; to check and count, to ensure that there are no more vehicles operating at sea. Up to now, all 1,075 vehicles with 7,657 workers in Hue city have been arranged and anchored safely.

Vinh Hien Border Guard Station (Hue City Border Guard) supports people in anchoring boats.

Along with that, the Hue City Border Guard Command directed units to proactively grasp the situation, forecast storm developments; coordinate with local authorities to review and develop plans to promptly support and evacuate people in vulnerable areas to safety.

Implementing the "4 on-the-spot" motto, Hue City Border Guard maintains 380 officers, soldiers and 28 vehicles ready to respond; combat readiness, communication, warning, rescue and relief work are strictly maintained. Units strengthen monitoring, grasp the developments and movement of the storm to handle promptly, to ensure absolute safety of people's lives and property.
