Speaking at the opening of the training course, Major General Le Van Dung, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of National Defense (MND), said: In recent times, the MND has paid great attention to and attached great importance to promoting the application of the Quality Management System according to ISO standards in handling administrative procedures and internal work at agencies and units, contributing to improving the efficiency in implementing administrative reform goals, creating consistency in work, standardizing operating procedures, handling business, cutting unnecessary procedures and improving working methods. To date, the MND has deployed the application of the Quality Management System to 626 agencies and units in the entire army.

The training course is organized to improve the qualifications and capacity of staff and employees working in consulting, organizing and implementing the construction, application and internal assessment of the Quality Management System according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 in agencies and units to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and proper implementation.

The training program includes 2 contents: Training and guidance on applying the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 in 2025; training on internal assessment of the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 in 2025. According to the plan, the training course will last until October 24, 2025.

Major General Le Van Dung, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of National Defense, delivered the opening speech of the training course.

In order for the training course to achieve its goals and requirements, Major General Le Van Dung directed the training course organizing committee to ensure food, accommodation, and study for the trainees according to the correct time and training program; strictly implement the determined content and do the best job of ensuring for the trainees. Regularly maintain management work in studying and living regimes according to the regulations of the Army.

After the training, when returning to their units, the trainees need to continue to affirm and promote their advisory role, helping the Party Committee and commanders to further promote the application of the Quality Management System according to ISO standards in handling administrative procedures and internal work at agencies and units.
