Da Nang established a forward command committee to respond to storm No. 12 and heavy rain.

DNO - On the afternoon of October 22, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City signed Decision No. 2118 on the establishment of a Forward Command Committee to respond to storm No. 12 in 2025 and heavy rain caused by the storm.

The Forward Command is located at 3 bases. Base 1 is located at Hall No. 1 - 2nd floor, Da Nang City Administrative Center. The head of the board is Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung.

The Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Colonel Tran Quang Chanh, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the City Military Command (Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee); Mr. Pham Nam Son, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Nguyen, Deputy Director of the City Police. Members are representatives of leaders of relevant agencies and units.

Facility 2 is located at the Military Command of Dai Loc District (old), address Phuoc My village (Dai Loc commune). The head of the command is Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu.

The Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Thang, Deputy Commander of the City Military Command (Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee); Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Kim Trung, Deputy Director of the City Police. Members are representatives of the leaders of relevant agencies and units.

Facility 3 is located at the Defense Command of Area 4 - Ban Thach (No. 60 Hung Vuong, Ban Thach Ward). The head of the command is Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan.

The Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Lieutenant Colonel Tran Kim Tuan, Deputy Commander of the City Military Command (Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee); Colonel Nguyen Van Tang, Deputy Director of the City Police. Members are representatives of the leaders of relevant agencies and units.

The Forward Command Board is responsible for commanding the prevention, response, search and rescue activities caused by storm No. 12 and heavy rain in the city. Carry out tasks under the direction of the Forward Command Board for responding to storm No. 12 and heavy rain established by the Prime Minister (if any).

Members of the committee, according to their functions and tasks, organize and advise the leaders of the City People's Committee and the leaders of the Steering Committee for Storm Prevention and Control No. 12 and heavy rains caused in the city.

The working hours of the Forward Command Board start from 5:30 p.m. on October 22 until the mission is completed.
