Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung affirmed: In the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, the Vietnam People's Army always plays a core role, is a political force, a fighting force absolutely loyal and trustworthy to the Party, State and people, directly carrying out the task of firmly protecting the independence, sovereignty , unity and territorial integrity of the Fatherland, including the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands.
