Colonel Bui Minh Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the 778th Economic -Defense Brigade, chaired the meeting. Attendees included members of the Party Committee, the brigade's command, heads of agencies, commanders of production teams, and all officers and Party members of the unit.

At the conference, Colonel Bui Minh Dang provided a brief overview of the core contents of the 13th Central Committee Conference (13th term). The 13th Central Committee Conference is of particular importance in preparing for the 14th Party Congress, focusing on personnel matters, the content and program of the congress, draft documents, the socio-economic situation in 2025, development orientations for 2026, and several other important issues.

The Commander also announced the results of the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam People's Army, emphasizing that this was an important political event, marking a new stage of development for the Vietnam People's Army. The Congress determined the direction, objectives, and key tasks, most notably six major requirements, aimed at building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army.

On this occasion, the conference also disseminated the Resolution of the Party Congress of Military Region 7, term 2025-2030.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Bui Minh Dang requested that Party committees, branches, agencies, and units continue to widely disseminate and thoroughly understand the conference's content to all cadres, Party members, and the general public. At the same time, they should concretize the resolution's content into practical action programs and specialized resolutions; strengthen inspection and supervision; and promptly commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" unit.
