On October 22, Hai Van Border Guard Station (Da Nang City Border Guard Command, Da Nang City Military Command) mobilized officers and soldiers to support and help people in low-lying areas move and evacuate their assets to high and safe locations.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the circulation of storm No. 12 combined with cold air and East wind disturbances can cause especially heavy rain in Da Nang City, with total rainfall from 350 to 600mm, in some places over 800mm, with the potential risk of widespread flooding.
Officers and soldiers of Hai Van Border Guard Station support and help people in residential groups 36 and 37 (Me Suot alley area), Hoa Khanh ward move and raise assets to high and safe locations.
Faced with the above situation, Hai Van Border Guard Station has arranged 20 officers and soldiers to be on duty and support and help people in residential groups 36 and 37 (Me Suot alley area), Hoa Khanh ward (Da Nang city) to move and raise assets to high and safe locations. This is a low-lying area, often flooded when there is heavy rain.
