According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the circulation of storm No. 12 combined with cold air and East wind disturbances can cause especially heavy rain in Da Nang City, with total rainfall from 350 to 600mm, in some places over 800mm, with the potential risk of widespread flooding.
