On the evening of October 22, Hoang Mai ward organized the art program "Hanoi with a thousand-year spirit - Rising to shine", welcoming the success of the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Ward Nguyen Quynh Trang emphasized that the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was a great success, passing the Resolution, opening a new development path, with new stature for the Capital.

Informing about some core results, demonstrating the vision and policies of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Quynh Trang said: The Congress elected the 18th City Party Executive Committee consisting of 75 comrades. These are the core members, representing the will, aspirations and intelligence of the entire Party Committee, and are cadres with enough heart and capacity to shoulder the responsibility in the new period.

In particular, the Congress continued to elect comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation, to hold the position of Secretary of the City Party Committee, demonstrating the solidarity and unity of will of the entire Party Committee.

The Congress identified three strategic breakthroughs, focusing on solving the biggest "bottlenecks" that directly impact the city's development and the lives of each citizen: Institutional and administrative breakthroughs, focusing on implementing the two-level government model; breakthroughs in synchronous infrastructure - determined to complete Beltway 4 and launch Beltway 5; breakthroughs in people and culture - improving the quality of human resources and strongly developing the cultural industry.

According to comrade Nguyen Quynh Trang, this special art program is not simply a congratulation, but a symbol of the steadfast belief and will to act of the Party Committee, government and people of Hoang Mai ward.
