Accordingly, the fourth quarter 2024 lottery draw will be conducted on the basis of 980,397 electronic invoices with tax authority codes issued from October 1 to December 31, 2024. Of these, 14,332 invoices with buyers being individuals and business households are eligible for random selection.
The first quarter 2025 lottery draw was conducted on the database of 765,825 electronic invoices with tax authority codes issued from January 1 to March 31, 2025. Of these, 17,3043 invoices with buyers being individuals and business households were eligible for random selection.
The second quarter of 2025 drawing is conducted on the database of 1,032,753 electronic invoices with tax authority codes issued from April 1 to June 30, 2025. Of these, 50,279 invoices with buyers being individuals and business households are eligible for random selection.
Through the random selection of the lucky invoice software, Quang Ninh Tax has selected 87 lucky invoices to win the "Lucky Invoice" program in the fourth quarter of 2024, the first quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2025. Each quarter has 29 winning invoices, including: 1 First prize worth 10 million VND; 3 Second prizes, each worth 5 million VND; 5 Third prizes, each worth 3 million VND and 20 Encouragement prizes, each worth 2 million VND. The total prize value is 80 million VND.
The lucky draw is carried out under the close supervision of the Supervisory Council, including leaders of departments and branches according to Decision 2691/QD-UBND dated September 20, 2022, ensuring objectivity, publicity and transparency. The results of the program are made public on the Tax Department's electronic information portal and mass media.
