Appointment of 2 Deputy Heads of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII

On the afternoon of October 22nd, the Customs Department (Ministry of Finance) held a conference to announce the decision to appoint a Deputy Head of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII. Attending the conference were: Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Mr. Tran Nhu Long, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department, delivered a speech at the conference.

At the conference, representatives from the Customs Department announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Canh Thang, Head of the Customs Control Team, and Mr. Ngo Tung Duong, Head of the Post-Clearance Inspection and Review Team, to the position of Deputy Head of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department, presented the appointment decisions to the two new Deputy Heads of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department, congratulated Comrades Nguyen Canh Thang and Ngo Tung Duong on being entrusted with and appointed to the positions of Deputy Head of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII , thereby strengthening the leadership structure of the unit.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the two Deputy Heads of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII.

He emphasized that both Comrade Nguyen Canh Thang and Comrade Ngo Tung Duong have received thorough training, held various positions, and possess extensive work experience.

He also expressed confidence that with their firm political stance, rich practical experience, and high sense of responsibility, the two comrades will continue to develop their capabilities, excellently fulfill their duties, and continue to contribute to the industry, affirming its core role, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, and successfully achieving the targets assigned by the Ministry of Finance , the Customs Department, and Quang Ninh province.

The comrade requested that the two new Deputy Heads of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII work together effectively to implement the resolutions of the Central Government and the province in relation to customs activities, coordinate well with all levels and sectors in performing their duties, constantly learn and strive, and demonstrate the leadership qualities of a unit head.

In their acceptance speeches, Comrade Nguyen Canh Thang and Comrade Ngo Tung Duong expressed their gratitude to the leaders of the Ministry of Finance, the Customs Department, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee for their trust and appointment to their new positions.
