In the period of 2020-2025, the Party Committee and the Division Command have regularly done a good job ofeducation and propaganda, strongly changing the awareness and responsibility of soldiers in implementing emulation movements. During the implementation process, the Division focused on completing specific emulation goals and targets, according to the determined plan, especially overcoming weaknesses and weak points; actively innovating and diversifying the content, organization forms and emulation measures; at the same time, focusing on closely combining regular emulation activities with peak and surprise emulation, integrating and linking with the Determined to Win Emulation Movement.

Notably, the Division has ensured adequate and timely logistics for regular and unexpected combat readiness missions. The quality of soldiers' meals has changed positively; production and livestock raising have developed well; the number of healthy soldiers regularly reaches 99%. The work of basic construction, consolidating barracks, building standard, bright, green, clean, and beautiful areas has gone into more depth and sustainability. The management of gasoline, oil, electricity, water, facilities, and logistics funds has been strictly ensured, in accordance with the task, economical, and effective; the transportation task has been well completed, traffic safety has been ensured, contributing to the completion of the central political task, building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" Division.

Over the past 5 years, the Division has been self-sufficient in green vegetables, 80% poultry meat, over 45% freshwater fish, 15-25% cheaper than the market, ensuring food hygiene and safety, adding more than 2,000 VND/person/day to the meals of officers and soldiers.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Kien, Division Commander of Division 302, praised the achievements and results in implementing emulation movements over the past 5 years. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and commanders at all levels to continue to pay attention to leading and directing the improvement of all aspects of logistics work; regularly inspect and promptly correct shortcomings and defects; replicate advanced models in implementing the emulation contents and targets of the movement. The Division always strives to maintain itself as one of the bright spots in implementing the emulation movements "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", "Manage and use gasoline safely, economically and effectively" in the coming time.

At the conference, the Division awarded certificates of merit to 13 collectives and 13 individuals with good achievements in implementing emulation movements.
