Living in a community, each person has different relationships with other people, with organizations, with the locality where they live. And almost everyone usually hopes to have a state of satisfaction in those relationships.

Simply put, satisfaction is feeling pleased with something, a person, some people, or an activity or situation.

Satisfaction from a business perspective

Nowadays, businessmen pay much attention to the psychology of buying and selling: Customer satisfaction when buying. Attracting customers to buy and keeping them coming back many times later requires customers to be truly satisfied. That satisfaction is created by many factors, from good product quality, meeting the needs of customers, reasonable prices, and the courtesy of the salesperson who directly interacts with customers. The skillfulness and courtesy of the salesperson, depending on the age of the customer, with appropriate explanations and answers, showing thoughtfulness and patience in buying and selling, will create satisfaction in the hearts of customers. And from there, it will create an impression for customers to return to that store many times. Achieving customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term sales, perhaps there is also a factor: The seller values credibility in buying and selling, doing business.

Satisfaction from the perspective of the agencies

State agencies are places where all activities are carried out to all classes of people. State agencies need to grasp the satisfaction of citizens when they come to contact them to resolve their work. The important thing is that such grasp reflects the true satisfaction of the people, when people have matters to come to the agencies, they have been resolved quickly and conveniently by the agencies.

Satisfaction from the school perspective

The dominant relationship in the school is the relationship between teachers and students. Students respect teachers, strive to do their jobs well: study hard, think hard, enthusiastically do the tasks given by teachers, study effectively, will create a satisfied mentality in teachers. To be able to fulfill the role of teaching and educating students, perhaps, teachers need to understand their students well. Understand their health, learning ability, and psychology so that teachers can have appropriate measures in teaching and in homeroom work. Understand each student's learning ability to have the necessary help, avoid criticizing and underestimating them. Because, when encountering gestures, attitudes, and words that are not really tactful, or unfair from teachers towards them, then naturally, students will sometimes react, expressing dissatisfaction. The dissatisfaction mentioned here is understood within the framework of respecting teachers. The relationship between teachers and parents in kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools also needs to be considered as important to satisfaction. Teachers who are dedicated to teaching students will create satisfaction in parents. Parents who are interested and actively cooperate with teachers in educating their children will create joy in the hearts of teachers.

Along with many other relationships in society, between people in different professions and ages, satisfaction is also needed when meeting and interacting.

Among the myriad of relationships in today's society, finding a state of relative satisfaction is probably the desire of many people.
