First place
First Class is the highest level of service on any flight, even higher than business class.
This class of seating isn't offered by all airlines, and even when it is, it's not available on every flight; it depends on the flight schedule. It's usually only sold on long-haul and intercontinental flights.
Business Class
Business Class is an airline ticket class with many special amenities, and it is more expensive than economy class. Most airlines offer Business Class seats, and they are usually available on long-haul flights. For short-haul flights, Business Class may or may not be available depending on the flight schedule.

Premium Economy Class
Premium economy class is a mid-range seat class between business class and economy class. Whether or not to offer premium economy depends on the specific flight and the airline's decision.
Economy Class
Economy Class is the most common type of airline ticket and is available on most commercial flights; it's the most frequently booked seat type on any given flight.
Each class of seat corresponds to a different level of service quality, which is directly proportional to the price of the airfare for each seat type. Even within the same class of seat/service, there can be differences in quality, conditions, and pricing.
