A typical example is Mr. Le Quang Hieu, Na Ca village, Trang Dinh commune. With the desire to bring the specialty nam khau (khau nhuc) to friends at home and abroad, he has applied science and technology to produce canned nam khau, which both prolongs the preservation time and is convenient for transportation as well as ensures aesthetics when given as gifts. In addition to selling directly, he also promotes sales on the social network tiktok, thanks to which the product is known to many customers. Mr. Le Quang Hieu shared: Participating in the "Startup 2024" competition, my project "Model of production and business of local specialties on digital platforms" won second prize. Through this, I was also guided by the Jury in adjusting the flavor, packaging, labeling... I have gradually improved the product to meet the needs of consumers. Currently, I sell about 1,000 products to the market each month. After deducting expenses, the profit is about 50 million VND/month, and also creates regular jobs for 4 workers.
Not only Mr. Hieu's startup model, in the province there are many models with high economic efficiency and sustainability such as the experiential agricultural tourism model of the Xu Lang Agricultural Tourism Cooperative (Ngoc Thanh village, Huu Lung commune) directed by Mr. Nguyen Minh Anh; the organic vegetable and fruit production model combined with experiential tourism of the Huu Lung Agricultural Products Cooperative (Hu Lung commune) directed by Ms. Le Thi Minh Tra...

Young people starting their own businesses in their hometowns not only enrich themselves but also create jobs for local workers, contributing positively to the overall socio-economic development of the province. In the coming time, the Youth Union and Association at all levels will continue to review economic models among young people, grasp the need for loans to have timely forms of capital support.
