Temporarily stop traffic diversion and organization through Phong Chau pontoon bridge

From 8:50 a.m. on June 11, traffic diversion and organization through Phong Chau pontoon bridge (Phu Tho province) will be officially suspended until further notice. The information was issued by the Department of Construction of Hoa Binh province based on Notice No. 88/TB-SXD, dated June 11, 2025 of the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province.

From 8:50 a.m. on June 11, Phu Tho province temporarily stopped traffic diversion and organization through Phong Chau pontoon bridge until further notice.

Accordingly, vehicles traveling from Tam Nong district to Lam Thao district, Viet Tri city and vice versa are instructed to choose one of two alternative options.

Direction 1: From Tam Nong district, follow Highway 32 => Ho Chi Minh road (cross Ngoc Thap bridge) => follow Highway 2D to Lam Thao district, Viet Tri city and vice versa.

Direction 2: From Tam Nong district, follow Highway 32 => Ho Chi Minh road (cross Ngoc Thap bridge) => enter IC9 intersection/Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway (Phu Tho town) => follow Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway to Viet Tri city and vice versa.

The Department of Construction of Hoa Binh province recommends that organizations and individuals with means of transport proactively grasp information and adjust their routes appropriately to ensure safety and avoid traffic congestion.
