Strengthening land and forest management in Tuy Duc.

On the afternoon of September 12th, Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16), in coordination with the People's Committees of Quang Truc, Quang Tam, and Dak Buk So communes in Tuy Duc district (Dak Nong province), signed a cooperation agreement on the management and handling of violations related to land and forest land, and ensuring political security and social order in the area.

The units exchange and coordinate content.

Accordingly, the units will coordinate in several related tasks such as disseminating information and mobilizing the people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on land management and use; protecting and developing forests, preventing and fighting forest fires, and ensuring political security and social order. This will focus on disseminating legal education in residential areas adjacent to or near forests, and in key areas where forestry laws are frequently violated, ensuring proper land management and use in accordance with their functions and duties.

The main forms of propaganda include: mobile outreach; through community meetings, cultural performances, and legal knowledge contests; integrating it into meetings on economic and social development organized by Regiment 726 or the People's Committees of the communes; and other forms suitable to the local situation.

The units also regularly coordinate and exchange information, organize land and forest management, protect and develop forests, and maintain political security and social order; coordinate in combating and handling violations of land and forest laws and regulations on political security and social order; and cooperate in forest fire prevention and control.

The units proceeded to sign the cooperation agreement.

Through the signing and implementation of the Coordination Regulations, the aim is to contribute to improving the effectiveness of management and handling of violations in the fields of land, forest protection and development, ensuring compliance with forestry laws in the managed area, and ensuring political security and social order. This will resolutely address violations in the management and use of land and forest land, forest protection, and political security and social order, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the development plan for the Regiment's economic-defense zone and the overall development orientation of the commune and district.
