At the meeting, voters in Ham Yen commune were informed by the National Assembly representatives from the province about the results of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. The National Assembly reviewed and passed 51 laws and 8 normative resolutions; conducted a review of the work of state agencies during the 2021-2026 term; and considered and decided on personnel matters within its authority.
The delegation of National Assembly deputies from Tuyen Quang province actively and responsibly participated fully in all activities at the session, contributing opinions on many important issues, contributing to the overall success of the session, meeting the practical requirements of national development and the legitimate aspirations of voters.

In a democratic, frank, and open atmosphere, voters in Ham Yen commune raised many opinions and suggestions to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, focusing on issues such as: promptly adjusting to ensure uniformity, avoid overlaps, and resolve difficulties in land use planning and planning; considering organizing land registration office branches under the direct authority of the commune People's Committee to make it more convenient for people in carrying out administrative procedures related to land; promptly researching and amending some legal regulations to ensure the legitimate rights of those who participated in the resistance war and to better suit the practical management and resolution of policies for people with meritorious services; investing in repairing and upgrading roads damaged by natural disasters; paying attention to allocating more personnel to communes with trade union organizations; improving policies and benefits for staff serving at kindergartens; paying attention to investing in the construction of a boarding facility for Bang Coc Secondary School; and accelerating the process of issuing land use right certificates…

The opinions and suggestions of the voters were received, answered, and addressed by representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities at the meeting. Speaking to the voters of Ham Yen commune, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, respectfully thanked the voters for their attention and frank, responsible opinions. She also affirmed that the opinions reflected objectively and realistically the living conditions, focusing on many important and practical issues, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, requested that relevant departments and agencies, as well as the Party Committee and government of Ham Yen commune, pay attention to and promptly address the requests within their jurisdiction; strengthen dialogue, listen to and promptly resolve the legitimate requests of the people, creating social consensus and contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the locality. Requests exceeding the local authority's jurisdiction will be compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and forwarded to the National Assembly, the Government, and central ministries and agencies as prescribed.

The comrade also requested that Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations in Ham Yen commune continue to effectively implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels; focus on socio-economic development while ensuring national defense and security, effectively exploiting local potential and advantages; pay attention to investing in essential infrastructure, improving the quality of education and healthcare, effectively implementing social welfare, strengthening land management, protecting the environment, promoting administrative reform, and fostering grassroots democracy.
