Strengthening the grasp and orientation of public opinion among cadres, party members and the masses

BTO-On the afternoon of September 29, the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan province held the 15th Conference, term 2020-2025 to evaluate the Party building work in the first 9 months and key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2023.

At the Conference, delegates focused on giving opinions on the drafts: Regulations on decentralization of cadre management and appointment, introduction of candidates; Regulations on standards for positions of leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc; Notice of assignment of tasks for members of the Party Committee of the Bloc, members of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc for the 2020 - 2025 term and assignment of participation in self-criticism and criticism, and participation in annual meetings at branches and Party committees (adjusted and supplemented). The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc approved the Proposal to review and supplement the cadre planning for the 2020 - 2025 term and voted to supplement the planning of the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc for the 2020 - 2025 term for 2 comrades and for the 2025 - 2030 term for 1 comrade, while other positions remained unchanged according to the planning.

Regarding the Party building work in the first 9 months of 2023, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc focused on leading the implementation and completion of the tasks according to the set plan. The work of propaganda and political and ideological education was carried out well; the "Keeping the Party Member Oath" activity was completed well; the ideology of cadres, party members and the masses was stable. The position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc for the 2020-2025 term was completed. The mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2020-2025 term was completed, in conjunction with the mid-term review of the inspection and supervision work. The work of party members and internal political protection was well performed. Promulgated and organized the implementation of the Inspection and Supervision Program of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the committees of the Party Committee of the Bloc; the review and disciplinary action of Party organizations and party members was completed according to the conclusion notice of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; timely complete and supplement personnel at grassroots party committees; give opinions on political standards for party members and the masses to serve cadre work and Party admission; direct grassroots party committees to lead grassroots trade unions to complete the congress for the 2023-2028 term.

In the remaining 3 months of 2023, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc determined to strengthen the work of grasping and orienting public opinion among cadres, party members, and the masses of the Party Committee of the Bloc; fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation, refute wrong, hostile views, bad and toxic information on social networks. Strictly implement the content of the work "Resolutely and persistently fight against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in the regular activities of the Party cell. Complete the review of the planning of Party committees and grassroots inspection committees for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms. Strengthen leadership in implementing the work of developing new Party members to ensure the completion of the targets assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2023. Complete the review of self-criticism and criticism, evaluation and classification, and rewards for Party organizations and Party members in 2023. Lead the implementation of mass mobilization work well; promote administrative procedure reform, and implement grassroots democracy regulations well.
