Starting from a small model

In 2018, wanting to help support her family financially , Ms. Duy began researching the eyelash extension manufacturing business through social media. Recognizing that it was an easy job, requiring little capital and suitable for rural women who could work in their free time, she boldly learned the trade and invited a few other women in her neighborhood to join her.

The early days of starting the business were not easy. Due to lack of experience, products were often defective, materials were wasted, and income was meager. However, not giving up, Ms. Duy persevered in learning and honing her skills. It was her effort and fearless spirit that helped her gradually become proficient, her work became more stable, and she secured a long-term market for her products.

When the business started providing a stable income and orders increased, Ms. Duy faced difficulties due to a lack of capital to import raw materials in large quantities. If she bought small quantities, the price would be high, the profit would be low, and it would be difficult to maintain an income for her workers.
