On May 18, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Provincial Veterans Association (VVA) coordinated with the Central Economic Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association to organize a training course on rural labor for VVA.
The training course was attended by nearly 100 delegates who are officers of the War Veterans Association from districts, towns and cities in the province.

The training course informed the trainees about the following contents: some support policies of the Party, the State and Dak Lak province in the field of agriculture and rural areas; the current status of vocational training for rural workers in the province in recent years; solutions to develop and improve the quality of vocational training for rural workers in the coming time; the current status and solutions to develop digital transformation in rural agriculture in the province; the application of 4.0 technology in digital transformation of rural agriculture in the locality.

The training course aims to foster knowledge and skills for the staff of the Veterans Association at all levels in the work of propaganda, mobilization, dissemination of policies and guidelines of the Party and State, and participation in vocational training and employment counseling for rural workers. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training, meeting the vocational training needs of rural workers and the labor market, linking vocational training with job creation, increasing income, shifting labor structure and sustainable poverty reduction.
