Legal support training for businesses in industrial parks and clusters

On September 24, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board coordinated with BTB Law Company Limited to organize a conference to provide legal support for businesses in industrial parks and clusters in the province.

Delegates were guided by Lawyer Phan Huy Duc - Director of BTB Law Company Limited on some contents of the Enterprise Law.

At the conference, over 120 delegates, including interpreters, administrative and human resources officers, legal officers... of nearly 100 enterprises in industrial parks and clusters in the province, were guided by lawyers and experts from the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board on some contents of the Enterprise Law, the Labor Code; legal regulations on labor contracts and violations in the labor field; some existing problems and difficulties of enterprises in the fields of investment, construction, environmental protection... during their operations.

Representatives of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board answered questions about business operations.

Delegates discussed and exchanged problems arising in the actual operations of enterprises; from there, they proposed solutions and directions for resolution in accordance with regulations.

The training conference helped enterprises in industrial parks and clusters in the province grasp information, knowledge, new legal regulations and necessary situation handling skills in the process of investment, production and business activities to minimize legal disputes, affecting the rights and development of enterprises; thereby helping enterprises to operate production and business smoothly and effectively.
