Training on knowledge and skills in using AI

On the morning of April 22, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference on "Promoting the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting the direction and professional management of cadres, civil servants and public employees at all levels and sectors in the province". The conference was held directly at the Provincial Conference Center and connected online to the bridge points of districts and cities. Attending the conference were Comrade Phung Thi Kim Nga, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga emphasized: AI is no longer the story of large technology corporations or developed countries. AI is present everywhere, in phones, computers, office software, in the way we process information, report and make decisions.

In recent times, Vinh Phuc has taken many positive steps in digital transformation, from building digital government, deploying shared software to platforms serving people and businesses. However, when technology changes rapidly, it requires learning to adapt, not only in technology but also in awareness.

The Party and the Government are resolutely implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 03 of the Government on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, and the plan of the Central Steering Committee on the "Digital Education for All" Movement.

Officials, civil servants, and those who are in leadership, management, and public service roles must be pioneers in digital transformation. The content presented at the conference will help officials, civil servants, and public employees gain more practical understanding, new perspectives on AI, and above all, determination to change and commitment to action.

At the training conference, the trainees were shared by Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Vice Chairman of FPT University Council, one of the leading inspirational speakers in the field of technology and management, on the topic "Adaptive leaders in the AI ​​era".
