Phuoc Son completed handing over the construction site of National Highway 14E

(QNO) - On the afternoon of April 28, the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district summarized the compensation and site clearance work on National Highway 14E passing through the district.

The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14E through Phuoc Son district has a length of 23.78km through 3 communes of Phuoc Hiep, Phuoc Hoa, Phuoc Xuan with a total recovered land area of ​​45.46ha.

In order to promptly hand over the clean site to the construction unit, the District People's Committee has directed relevant professional sectors and localities to focus on site clearance work, ensuring project progress. In particular, it focuses on propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the State's policies and laws related to land acquisition, compensation and resettlement support.

Up to now, Phuoc Son district has completed the land acquisition and handed over the site to Project Management Board 4 (Vietnam Road Administration) for construction. The disbursement rate reached 99.78%, completing 100% compensation payment for 529 affected households and organizations.

The housing relocation support plan was also urgently implemented by all levels, sectors and forces, creating the most favorable conditions for people to have new, stable and safe places to live.

At the summary meeting, the leaders of Phuoc Son district acknowledged the efforts of relevant professional sectors and localities; especially the consensus and sharing of the people, which have greatly contributed to ensuring the progress of handing over the construction site. At the same time, they requested Project Management Board 4 to strictly manage the recovered land area and promptly handle arising issues.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in site clearance for the National Highway 14E project.
