More than 70 trainees are leaders of cooperatives in the Southeast region of Lam Dong province participating in the training.

Trainees are provided with information about the domestic market, consumer trends, opportunities and challenges for cooperative products; analysis of customer needs, consumer behavior; survey and market research skills. In addition, trainees are also introduced to methods of trade promotion planning; ways to approach customers through popular e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok... skills to build online stores, post products, livestream sales, digital advertising...

It is known that 2025 is a pivotal time, when e-commerce is an inevitable trend for cooperatives to access the market in the digital economy ; cooperatives need to know how to apply technology, master online business skills, to promptly access the domestic market, and gradually access the international market.
Through training, cooperatives will gradually become familiar with new business forms, together creating a strong, modern and sustainable ecosystem for agricultural products and local goods.
The training course takes place over 3 days from July 16 to 18, 2025.
