Youth Union members are equipped with basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting, instructions on escape techniques and handling hypothetical situations.

Here, union members and young people were updated on the new points of the 2025 Road Traffic Law, learned about dangerous behaviors that need to be avoided, and directly participated in the balance driving practice test and experienced interactive games on traffic safety.

On the same afternoon, Phu Bai Ward Youth Union coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Team of Region 3 and the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department to organize a training course on fire escape and fire fighting skills at households. The training content focused on providing basic knowledge on fire prevention and fighting, instructions on how to use fire extinguishers, escape techniques and handling hypothetical situations. Youth union members also directly participated in practice, exchanges, and Q&A sessions with professional staff, thereby improving their response skills when a fire incident occurs.

Mr. Phan Tuan Vu - Secretary of the Ward Youth Union said: "The training program on fire prevention and fighting skills and safe driving is part of the key activities of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, aiming to equip union members and young people with practical life skills. This is also an opportunity for each young person to become an active propagandist, contributing to spreading the spirit of responsibility to the community."

The program also creates an environment for union members and young people to directly practice skills, raise their sense of responsibility, contribute to forming a traffic culture, and improve the ability to respond to fire incidents.
