At the training course, trainees were trained by representatives of departments and branches in professional skills to support people and businesses in using online public services throughout the process; guided to carry out administrative procedures deployed in the model such as: birth registration, permanent residence registration, issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old; death registration, deletion of permanent residence registration, settlement of burial fees, death benefits; issuance of copies of household registration extracts.
In addition, there are contents related to procedures for registering the establishment of a business household; registering changes to the contents of business household registration; changing driving licenses; issuing ID cards for people aged 14 and over (done at the provincial level); issuing ordinary passports in the country (done at the provincial level); issuing copies of diplomas and certificates from the original book; registering the labor regulations of enterprises; issuing and changing environmental licenses, etc.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran The Vinh emphasized that this conference aims to equip trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to guide and support citizens and businesses step by step: from consulting, data entry, digital signature to online results monitoring.
Trainees will practice real-life situations, exchange experiences and resolve difficulties, helping each trainee master the process of supporting people and businesses, thereby ensuring the spirit of "dedicated service, optimal efficiency" when working directly with people and businesses.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 1794/QD-UBND announcing 14 administrative procedures and 25 pilot locations for the Online Public Service Support Point model in the province.
The pilot locations for this model include: Mobifone Dong Nai stores (3 locations); VNPT Dong Nai sales and transaction offices (5 locations); post office system, commune cultural post offices under the Provincial Post Office (17 locations).
