
Training content: Introduction to management of growing areas and packaging facilities for exported agricultural products of plant origin; instructions on granting and monitoring growing areas and packaging facilities; instructions on handling when there is a notification of violation of plant trading; strengthening the management of codes for growing areas and export packaging facilities; regulations on management of registration of foreign food production enterprises importing into China.
Introducing regulations on plant trading and food safety for fresh chili peppers exported to some potential markets (China, Malaysia...); instructing skills for direct online inspection of growing areas, packaging facilities; instructing on pest monitoring; identifying harmful organisms that are subject to plant quarantine on chili peppers. At the same time, taking time to organize for students to visit the actual agricultural production and processing facilities in Phuc Hoa commune.
Through the training course, trainees improved their practical skills in production, pest control, safe use of pesticides, production diary recording and traceability applied to local production and management practices.
