Be ready to deploy forces to guard, control, and guide people and vehicles through culverts, spillways, ferry terminals, flooded and isolated areas to ensure safety. Deploy safety work in mineral exploitation areas to prevent incidents from occurring during floods.
Actively inspect the operation of sluices under river dykes, dikes, and pumping stations to ensure timely flood prevention and drainage to protect production.
