Stage 5 of the 2023 An Giang Open National Women's Cycling Race - Loc Troi Cup took place on July 11. The race route stretched from Ca Mau city to Rach Gia city with a distance of 113.5km.
Thailand U23 rider Kuson Rungnapha finished first in the stage thanks to his impressive performance. Previously, Tran Thi Ngoc Trang and Nguyen Thi Thu Mai were the leaders at the prize points along the Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 routes. However, Rungnapha made an impressive sprint to finish first.

This is the first time in this year's race that a member of the Thai team has won a stage. Previously, the best result of the Thai team was third place in stage 3 by racer Khaoplot Kamonrada.
Tomorrow, July 12, the race will take place in the last two stages with the route from Rach Gia city to Long Xuyen city, 74.8km long and around Long Xuyen city, 20km long.
The 2023 An Giang National Women's Cycling Open - Loc Troi Cup takes place from July 6 to July 12, 2023. The tournament has 7 stages, passing through 12 provinces and cities in the West including: Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh , Vinh Long, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Kien Giang and ending in Long Xuyen City. The total distance is 619.3km.
The total prize money is 300 million VND. The yellow jersey winner receives 40 million VND, second place receives 25 million VND, third place receives 15 million VND. The winning team receives 30 million VND.
