
In addition, on the night of July 21, before storm No. 3 made landfall, the ward People's Committee leaders inspected the situation and arranged temporary accommodation with full facilities to serve the people's living needs.
Previously, to ensure the safety of life and property for people living in dangerous level D buildings, on the afternoon of July 21, Giang Vo Ward People's Committee directed functional forces to propagate and mobilize 10 households living in house G6A of Thanh Cong collective housing area to move to safe temporary housing.

During the working process with households at G6A house, the ward's working group disseminated and popularized relevant legal regulations; at the same time warned about the danger level of the degraded construction; and provided information about the temporary housing plan at Hoa Mi Kindergarten with full facilities to serve the living needs of the people.

Thanks to close coordination and unity, 10/10 households at house G6A agreed to relocate themselves.
Building G6A Thanh Cong collective housing area (Giang Vo ward) was put into use in 1987, including 2 units with 49 apartments. This building is classified as level D dangerous building and is considered one of the most dangerous buildings in Hanoi .
