
In addition, on the night of July 21st, before typhoon number 3 made landfall, the leaders of the ward People's Committee inspected the situation and arranged temporary accommodation with full facilities to meet the living needs of the people.
Previously, to ensure the safety of lives and property for residents living in buildings classified as dangerous (level D), on the afternoon of July 21, the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward directed functional forces to disseminate information and persuade 10 households living in building G6A of Thanh Cong residential complex to relocate to safe temporary housing.

During their work with residents at building G6A, the ward's task force disseminated relevant legal regulations; warned about the dangers of the dilapidated building; and informed them about the temporary housing plan at Hoa Mi Kindergarten, which has full facilities to meet the residents' needs.

Thanks to close and unified coordination, all 10 households in building G6A have agreed to relocate voluntarily.
Building G6A in the Thanh Cong residential complex (Giang Vo ward) has been in use since 1987, comprising two blocks with 49 apartments. This building is classified as a level D hazardous building and is considered one of the most dangerous buildings in Hanoi .
