Many domestic water works were blocked due to buried garbage and rocks at the dam head. Localities mobilized forces and people from the villages to focus on overcoming small landslides to ensure traffic.

Previously, the People's Committee of Tay Giang district requested the District Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control; agencies, departments, branches; Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes to focus on directing and seriously implementing Official Dispatch No. 01/CDUBND dated June 11, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on proactively responding to storm No. 1 and floods.
At the same time, develop a plan for areas where landslides and flash floods have been detected and people and property must be resolutely evacuated from dangerous areas. People are advised to proactively observe and when they see unusual signs such as cracked soil, cracked house walls, leaning trees, discolored water flowing down hillsides, etc., they should proactively move to a safe place.
Absolutely do not let people go to rivers and streams to catch fish, collect trees, etc. to minimize damage to people and property caused by rain and storms. Mobilize people to proactively move livestock, especially buffaloes and cows, to safe places.
Investors should notify construction units, especially those under construction along rivers and on rivers, about heavy rain so that they can proactively take response measures and have plans to ensure safety for people, vehicles, equipment, and materials at the construction site...
