Tay Ho summarizes the work of organizing the Congress and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress

HNP - On the afternoon of September 11, the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee solemnly held a conference to summarize the work of organizing the Congress and studying, disseminating and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

This is an important political activity, aiming to promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with achievements in organizing the Congress, while creating high unity in awareness and action to quickly bring the Resolution into life.

According to the report at the Conference, the 1st Congress of Tay Ho Ward Party Delegates took place on August 7-8, 2025 and was a great success.

Comrade Le Quoc Thinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, reported on the results of the 1st Congress of Tay Ho Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

With the theme "Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; preserving and promoting the value of West Lake; developing Tay Ho ward into a cultural, service and tourism center of the Capital", the Congress affirmed the political determination and strong will to innovate of the entire Party organization. The targets of the previous term were basically completed and exceeded: the economic growth rate reached an average of 14.2%/year, the budget revenue increased by over 10%/year, the people's satisfaction rate always maintained at over 99%. Along with that, the Party building work achieved many outstanding results with the model of "Four-good Party Cell", "Four-good Party Member" highly appreciated by the Hanoi Party Committee; many cultural and historical values ​​of the ward were preserved and promoted; people's lives were increasingly improved, there were no more poor households according to the City's standards.

The Congress also elected a new Executive Committee, unanimously passed the Resolution, and comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen was appointed to hold the position of Ward Party Secretary.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were rewarded at the Conference.

At the Conference, the Ward Party Committee awarded certificates of merit and commended 10 Party organizations and 26 Party members for their outstanding achievements in serving and organizing the 1st Tay Ho Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

This is a worthy recognition, contributing to encouraging the sense of responsibility and dedication of cadres and party members, thereby creating more motivation to successfully carry out political tasks in the new term.

He called on all cadres, party members and people to uphold their sense of responsibility, promote their pioneering role, and turn the contents of the resolution into specific action programs, closely linked to the practices of each Party cell, organization, unit and each person.

Also at the Conference, Tay Ho Ward officially launched the Contest to learn about the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress. With a modern online format, the contest aims to widely spread the spirit of the resolution to a large number of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Head of the Party Building Committee performed the ceremony of pressing the button to launch the contest.
