Tay Ninh: Support policy for cadres, civil servants and public employees after administrative unit rearrangement

On September 30, 2025, at the 3rd Session (special session), the People's Council of Tay Ninh province, term X, passed a Resolution on support regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who change their workplace due to administrative unit arrangement.

Accordingly, the Resolution stipulates support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Party, State, Fatherland Front agencies, socio- political organizations and public service units when they are mobilized and assigned to work at the Provincial Political-Administrative Center after re-arrangement, or seconded to work at the commune level.

Specifically, the support level is fixed at 5 million VND/person/month (including food, accommodation, and travel expenses). The support period is 2 years from October 1, 2025 for cadres, civil servants, and public employees who are mobilized and assigned to work at provincial-level agencies and units after reorganization. In the case of secondment to work at the commune level, the support period, according to the decision of the competent authority, is up to September 30, 2027. This support amount is paid monthly at the same time as salary payment.

The funding source for the implementation of the Resolution is allocated from the provincial state budget and other legal sources as prescribed. At the same time, the Provincial People's Council assigns the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation, ensuring the correct objectives, objects and effectiveness; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Committees, Delegation Groups and Provincial People's Council delegates supervise the implementation; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations participate in propagating and supervising the implementation of the Resolution.

The Resolution takes effect from October 1, 2025, and is an important basis to promptly encourage and support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to feel secure in their work, contributing to ensuring efficiency in the process of rearranging administrative units in the province./.
