Mr. Huynh Huy Cuong said that more than 10 years ago, Huynh Anh Company started receiving the first orders for FDI enterprises, when Trang Bang Industrial Park came into operation, then Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Park, now TTC An Hoa.

By 2015, the company started selling to an FDI enterprise in the industrial park, Lu Thai Company Limited (Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District).

To sell to Luthai, the company had to register for export and invest in customs clearance software just to sell the first small order. Luthai was a regular customer of the company, and since then, the number of businesses in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park has increased.

Over the past time, the company has continuously improved service quality, as well as met the strict requirements of FDI enterprises such as labor safety, environmental protection, and progressive commitments such as anti-corruption and negativity in enterprises.

Mr. Huynh Huy Cuong added that the company has now expanded its factory to 1 hectare in the center of Tay Ninh city. With a fleet of 20 trucks of all kinds, it meets all the requirements of steel industry materials for customers who are factories and enterprises in the industrial park.

The company continues to improve itself by applying ISO in management and operations as well as aiming for green elements with a 100% solar power system.

Many FDI projects "arrive" in Tay Ninh province

At the recent Seminar on connecting supply and demand for FDI enterprises in Tay Ninh, Mr. Kieu Cong Minh - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment said that on December 29, 1987, the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam was first passed by the National Assembly.

However, it was not until 1993 that the government and people of Tay Ninh were able to record an important milestone, which was the first time the first two FDI projects "landed" in Tay Ninh province with a registered capital of 3.85 million USD. To date, the province has 386 foreign investment projects with a registered capital of 9,916 million USD.

Of which, in 2024, the province attracted an estimated 455 million USD in foreign investment, including: granting new licenses to 31 projects with an investment capital of 154.6 million USD; 22 projects adjusting capital increase by 318.1 million USD; 2 foreign projects converted into domestic projects with registered capital of 3.2 million USD; 2 capital contributions and share purchases with registered capital of 0.2 million USD.

However, in order to integrate into the country's development in the "New Era, the era of the Vietnamese people's rise", in addition to orienting to attract investment in emerging industries and fields, closely linking enterprises with the market, Tay Ninh province aims to be proactive in connecting Vietnamese suppliers to FDI enterprises inside and outside economic zones and industrial parks, connecting input supply chains for FDI enterprises such as: production materials; building infrastructure, factories; providing products and services to support the operations of FDI enterprises such as providing industrial meals, banking services, other business support services, etc.

At the same time, connecting the product consumption chain for FDI enterprises in the context of FDI enterprises facing difficulties in the international market due to the impact of global fluctuations, seeking more output in the local market.

Mr. Truong Van Hung - Head of the Economic Zone Management Board of Tay Ninh province said that currently in the economic zones and industrial parks in the province, there are 402 investment projects, with a total registered investment capital of 9,469 million USD and 20,708 billion VND. There are currently 304 projects in operation, of which 232 FDI projects are in operation. The main industries focus on the garment industry, tire production, household appliances and processing and manufacturing industry for industrial products... producing many aspects to serve consumer needs; the goods produced are mainly exported to many countries around the world.

In addition to economic zones and industrial parks, Tay Ninh province also has more than 8,200 operating enterprises, providing many goods and services for industrial production, processing, construction, transportation, warehousing, food and accommodation services... Therefore, there is a lot of potential between enterprises in economic zones, industrial parks and enterprises to provide goods and services to each other.

In the coming time, the provincial leaders will continue to direct all levels and functional branches to promote the spirit of responsibility, creativity and innovation to create an open, dynamic, transparent, responsible and effective investment and business environment.

At the same time, Tay Ninh province will have more meetings and discussions to exchange and receive opinions from Associations, investors, foreign-invested enterprises and Vietnamese enterprises to share and support enterprises in connecting supply and demand, removing difficulties and obstacles... creating conditions to stabilize production and business activities, develop and reach new heights.
