Following the release of her 11th studio album The Tortured Poets Department , Taylor Swift released the music video for the album's first single Fortnight .
Taylor Swift and Post Malone in MV Fortnight
Taylor Swift opens the music video in solitary confinement, chained to a bed, where she is given medication and reluctantly takes it. Once free of the chains, she steps in front of a mirror and stares at herself as she wipes off her makeup, revealing tattoos on her face. Her tattoos disappear as the video transitions to a new scene.
Taylor Swift then walks into an office and sits across from Post Malone at a typewriter. Taylor Swift sings, "I love you. It's ruining my life," which is then echoed by the words on her typewriter.

The MV then cuts to Swift and Malone in a barren desert and Swift falls into his arms while hundreds of pieces of paper fly around them.
Taylor Swift wears a white coat, looking straight into the camera, with scientists — including a bespectacled Malone, with a tattoo on his back — tracking her every move.
The MV ends with Taylor Swift singing in the rain, destroying everything around her from filing cabinets and trying to escape from solitary confinement.
Actors Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles also appear in the music video. Both starred in the 1989 film Dead Poets Society .

In a statement posted to Instagram, the singer wrote about Post Malone: "I'm a huge fan of Post because of who he is, his musical experimentation, and the melodies he creates that stay in your head forever. I saw that come to life firsthand when we worked together on Fortnight."
This song is said to be Taylor Swift's memory with her ex-boyfriend - Matty Healy.
