With the support of the community, the Association and the Vietnam Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims Fund will send gifts of hope to the families of the victims, helping them have a more fulfilling Spring.
On December 19, the Association and the Vietnam Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims Fund in collaboration with the National Humanitarian Information Portal (1400) and the MB Charity Platform launched the campaign "Intact Spring" - Tet for Agent Orange victims.

This is a community fundraising campaign to support people infected and affected by Agent Orange/dioxin with the message "Intact springs" towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the Lunar New Year 2025.
At the ceremony, Major General, Dr. Do Hong Lam, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, affirmed that the campaign "Intact Spring" - Tet for victims of Agent Orange is an activity with profound humanitarian meaning, a practical and effective way, suitable for the current economic - cultural - social situation; with the wishes and financial capabilities of the majority of people.
The proceeds from the program not only reflect the sentiments and responsibilities of the community towards Agent Orange victims, but also help the majority of Vietnamese people and international friends better understand the Agent Orange disaster in Vietnam; and the efforts of our Party, State and people to overcome the consequences of chemical toxins during the war.
The Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin said that recently, the program "Joining hands to ease the pain of Agent Orange - 2024" with the theme "Lighting up the future" was held on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the Vietnam Agent Orange Disaster Day, and achieved good results thanks to the support of the social community, the participation of press agencies, network operators, agencies, units, associations, philanthropists...

With the amount of money mobilized over 1.33 billion VND, the Central Association has provided timely support to victims and families of victims who suffered heavy damage caused by storm No. Yagi to people in the provinces and cities in the Northern region, in early September 2024: organized 3 delegations to visit and give gifts in 16 provinces and cities that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3, supported the construction of 4 new houses, repaired 5 houses, supported livelihoods for 55 families, and gave 150 gifts to victims.
The campaign to support "Intact springs" - Tet for victims of Agent Orange, is carried out in two forms: in coordination with the MB charity app to mobilize by transferring money to account number: 1961, this is the number corresponding to the year of the Agent Orange disaster in Vietnam 1961, the support information is public and transparent right on the website Thiennguyen.app and the charity application (App); in coordination with VTC Corporation to mobilize support by scanning the QR code to support via VTC Pay e-wallet, the support information is also reported in detail on the program's website: 1400.vn/xoadiunoidaudacam.

Major General, Dr. Do Hong Lam emphasized: "We commit that all the money collected from the campaign will be used in accordance with the law, for the right purpose, transparently, and to the right beneficiaries, in order to mobilize more resources to care for and help victims with medical examination and treatment, rehabilitation, support for house building and repair, support for production capital, livelihood, support money and gifts for victims to celebrate the Lunar New Year - At Ty warmly, gathering with relatives.
The Program's Organizing Committee hopes to receive support and assistance from agencies, organizations, businesses, philanthropists and people nationwide to join hands in alleviating the pain of Agent Orange."
Tet is coming, Spring is not only the beginning of a new year but also a meaningful occasion for the community to show concern for individuals and families in difficult circumstances.

The campaign also calls on people to encourage friends and colleagues to participate, by posting on their personal pages with the hashtag #trian #NhungmuaXuanNguyenVen #quandoinhandan to spread sharing and hope to those in difficult circumstances during Tet.
The beneficiaries of the campaign include victims exposed to Agent Orange/dioxin, war veterans, and people infected with Agent Orange, along with their families or direct caregivers.
